As a lifelong Garrett County resident, Kevin has been active in real estate for over 20 years and has won numerous real estate awards during his career. He is currently the broker of the company. Kevin graduated from West Liberty State College with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. He and his wife, Sue, who is also an agent with Railey Realty, have two children: Justin, who is currently a sales associate with Railey Realty, and Ashley, who is currently attending Mt. Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Kevin's hobbies include golf, running, water sports, and skiing.
	Sue Liller joined the Railey Sales team in 2003 as a Sales Associate with her husband, Kevin Liller, who serves as Railey Realty Broker. As a native of Garrett County, Sue attended Frostburg State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She taught kindergarten for 6 years. Along with spending quality time with her husband and children, Sue enjoys reading, knitting, perennial gardening, and the year-round outdoor sports and activities Deep Creek Lake has to offer.
	A lifelong resident and native of Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County, Justin began his real estate career in the summer of 2005. Although he is just getting started, he grew up around the real estate business. His father is the Broker of Railey Realty and his mother is a sales associate with Railey. Justin enjoys the many outdoor activities that Garrett County has to offer, including wakeboarding, skiing, and riding ATVÕs. Justin graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Crime and Social Control.
